Greetings Nebulans,

Thank you all for your support and feedback. We've had an amazing release with no downtime and everything is running smoothly! Of course with a new server comes bugs and things working not as intended. We're not here for the short-term, but for the long-term. Do bare with us, while we get stuff sorted.

Improvements

Special Attacks

We're still planning on making more adjustments.

  • Increased the accuracy of the following:
    • Brutal whip.
    • Celestial tri-whip
    • Illuminessence
    • Fluressence
    • Dark Matter Greataxe
    • Exo sword & True
    • Armadyl godsword
    • Dragon claws

Combat

  • When frozen, and attacker is out of combat you will be unfrozen.
  • When in combat with monsters or bosses, you can now be attacked - or attack another player.
  • Made slight improvements on using special attack when switching to spec.

Bounty Hunter

  • Lowered cooldown to 30 seconds to skip target.
  • Significantly lowered the prices in the bounty hunter shop.

World Bosses

  • Lowered the HP of Hecarim, Khaashee and Giant Orc
  • Lowered their defence bonuses

::GEAR

  • Will now only take galactic tokens. Dharok's being 2k galactic tokens.

Repairables

  • Lowered the cost of repairing defenders above arclight.

Bank Presets

  • On default, you will have 3 preset slots (previously 1). Additional slot per donator rank.

Overload

  • Overload effect will now refresh faster.
  • When drinking a restore potion, overload effect will instantly refresh.
  • The overload not healing you when it runs out is intended.

Skull

  • You can now use the ::skull command to quickly skull up.

Gambling

We've made some changes to gambling. You will no longer require a gamble permit to gamble. If you've purchased a gamble permit you will be refunded your credits.

  • Mithril seeds will now cost 50 galactic tokens per.
  • Added dice bag to the seed shop.

Wiki

  • Added ::superiors page - display all info about superiors.
  • Added information about danzig hunting grounds. (::wiki danzig hunting grounds)

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with the wrong name being announced when getting nebula orb dropped.
